  • Full exemption for vacant land up to $350,000 (previously $300,000)
  • Concession rates for vacant land up to $450,000 (previously $430,000)

Eligibility Criteria

  • First-Time Buyer: You must not have previously owned residential property in Australia.

  • Age: Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

  • Citizenship: At least one applicant must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

  • Occupancy: The property must be your principal place of residence for a continuous period of at least 6 months, commencing within 12 months of settlement.
