We can compare a range of brand new land estates with already established suburbs and research the best option for you. We also negotiate with the agents to get the best price for you and ensure enough time in your land contract for the building admin and finance to be completed stress free.

Let’s create together and draw a custom floor plan or work with any design you love and perfect it for you. We are independent of any builder which gives us the freedom to offer you unbiased advice and help select the best builder for you!

Deposit, Contracts and Pre-Approval
We get into the first part of requirements before we build. This includes deposits paid, PPA & land contract, broker appointment, pre-approval, building administration and signing formal contracts.
Your Exclusive Home Style & Colour Experience
Giulia Nozzoli Design, an expert of the industry, will help you discover your own home Style and Colour Palette. An exclusive 1.5hr experience with Giulia guiding you through all tones, textures and materials that will make your home a special place for you and your family to love.
You will leave with a personalised digital moodboard (sent to you after meeting) to guide you throughout the process of creating and styling your own home.
A little bit more admin
Before we build, there's a little more admin. Pre-start, unconditional finance approval, Settlement (this is when your loan repayments will begin), final building approvals and scheduling. Once these are complete, construction begins!
Construction Time!
Slab down, plate height, roof, lockup and your final inspection... then you'll have your keys in hand!
