We can compare a range of brand new land estates with already established suburbs and research the best option for you. We also negotiate with the agents to get the best price for you and ensure enough time in your land contract for the building admin and finance to be completed stress free.

Let’s create together and draw a custom floor plan or work with any design you love and perfect it for you. We are independent of any builder which gives us the freedom to offer you unbiased advice and help select the best builder for you!

Deposit, Contracts and Pre Approval
We get into the first part of requirements before we build. This includes deposits paid, PPA & land contract, broker appointment, pre-approval, building administration and signing formal contracts.

Enjoy a one-hour personalised styling session designed to bring your dream home to life. Hosted at White Door Studios in Subiaco, you’ll be guided by a dedicated team of expert interior designers who will help you explore the perfect tones, textures, and finishes for your new home.

A little bit more admin
Before we build, there's a little more admin. Pre-start, unconditional finance approval, Settlement (this is when your loan repayments will begin), final building approvals and scheduling. Once these are complete, construction begins!

Construction Time
Slab down, plate height, roof, lockup and your final inspection... then you'll have your keys in hand!
